At M2 Skins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your electronics skin arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure the skin is unused, in its original packaging, and has not been peeled from the backing paper.
Submit Request
Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the item back in its original protective sleeve and reinforced envelope to prevent bending during transit.
Ship and Refund
Mail the package to our facility; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
